{"id":8,"date":"2014-12-29T16:36:21","date_gmt":"2014-12-30T00:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/catcottage.ca\/?page_id=8"},"modified":"2018-01-19T01:28:12","modified_gmt":"2018-01-19T09:28:12","slug":"boarding-requirements","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/catcottage.ca\/?page_id=8","title":{"rendered":"Boarding Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>BOARDING REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Please complete the\u00a0<em><a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/catcottage.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/CCQB-Boarding-Agreement-July-2016.pdf\">Boarding Agreement<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>prior to check in.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Your pet&#8217;s comfort and safety are our main concerns. \u00a0As such, there are a few necessary precautions we must take to ensure the health and well-being of all of our feline guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">All cats must have current vaccinations <u>as recommended by your veterinarian. \u00a0<\/u>This should include but not be limited to a FVRCP vaccination (a combination of &#8216;distemper&#8217; and upper respiratory viruses). \u00a0All vaccines are to be done at least two weeks before boarding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">All cats must have a flea control remedy at least one week prior to their stay. \u00a0<u>As recommended by your veterinarian.<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Regular deworming is recommended for cats that go outdoors. \u00a0Please discuss this with your veterinarian. \u00a0Deworming medication must be done at least one week before boarding.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">If your cat requires medication or a special diet, please ensure that you bring enough for the entire stay. \u00a0ALL MEDICATION MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITH DIRECTIONS FROM YOUR VETERINARIAN \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The name and phone number of your cat&#8217;s veterinarian and an emergency contact name or phone number should be provided. \u00a0In the event that the Cat Cottage cannot reach either one, any required emergency treatment will be provided by a veterinarian of the Cat Cottage&#8217;s choosing.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOARDING REQUIREMENTS Please complete the\u00a0Boarding Agreement\u00a0prior to check in.
